We have been very grateful  for the generous support shown for our appeal for toys, which we appealed for on behalf of the Swansea Bay Asylum Seekers Support Group (SBASSG).

The support group holds weekly community “drop-ins” for asylum-seekers and refugees (as well as other newcomers and residents, families and people on their own), and on the 18th of December they will be holding their Christmas Party for which they needed presents to give to the younger visitors.

Our appeal was generously supported, with one donor giving over 30 soft toys!  The toys have now all been wrapped by our fantastic volunteers and are ready to spread some Christmas joy.

Thank you to everybody who contributed as well as our volunteers for all of their hard work.

We hope our friends in Swansea have a fantastic time at their Christmas party!
